Enrolment Information

Your registration and induction

Before you can begin your studies at the University of Roehampton you must register as a student with us.

Registration will take place on the First Floor, Room QB 146, Queens Building, Southlands College between 9.30am and 11.30am.

During registration you will be provided with access to many essential aspects of university life such as our IT systems, the Library and the Students’ Union. You will also receive your Roehampton network account details and instructions on how to obtain your student ID card.

Documents for registration

Please note, it is essential to bring the following documents with you for registration, without these you will be unable to enrol:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Visa Copy (Biometric Card, Vignette sticker inside passport or stamp)
  • Visa Application Coversheet (for those visa applications still currently being processed)

International Arrival Day and Orientation

For those arriving earlier in September, International Orientation is designed especially for new international, Study Abroad and exchange students.

You will be provided with important information about the University and living in London. It is a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with the University and the surrounding area and can help you to meet other students and make friends before registration and the start of term.

For students starting in September, these day will be held on the following dates:
International Arrival Day: Wednesday 13 September
Orientation: Thursday 14 September

For those students arriving at London Heathrow on 13 September, we are offering a free shuttle bus to the campus.

If you are arriving on a different date, or to an alternative airport, you will need to make separate arrangements to travel to the campus.

If you are not travelling to the UK until after the 13/14 September, don’t worry – you will still have plenty of opportunities to familiarise yourself with the University, our campus and to meet your fellow students.
