What is a Combined CAS?

A Combined CAS is issued for the study of the International Foundation Programme and main programme of degree study. A combined NQF 6 CAS can only be issued if students have achieved an overall IELTS score of 5.5 with no less than 5.5 in each band or has an accepted High School English test. The accepted High School English tests are listed under the combined English Language requirements and can only be accepted if they have been taken within the last 2 years similarly to IELTS. Any tests taken within 2 – 5 years of the programme start date would require a student to have been within continuous education since taking the High School English test.
