Entry Requirements

At the University of Roehampton, we accept a range of international qualifications for entry to our programmes.

For Kuwaiti students joining one of our pathway programmes, we accept the qualifications in the table below.

International Foundation Programme General Secondary Education School Certificate with grades 60% or above (GCSE equivalent). 3 term programme: IELTS 4.5 (with no single element below 4.0) from a UKVI Approved centre

Studying in London

Things to do

Studying at the University of Roehampton is the perfect way to experience all that London has to offer. From the world-renowned tourist attractions to the hidden gems tucked away in back streets, there is a London for every taste, culture and personality.

High up on the agenda for any student that comes to London to study is to take in a show or two on London’s world famous West End. Students with an interest in sport are well catered for in London too. With 6 Premiership football clubs found in the city, there is always chance to catch a game on the weekend. If football is not your thing then London is also home to many different sports clubs offering high quality sporting action for spectators.

Halal food

Halal food can be found in abundance all across London. Head towards Putney to experience the wide range of restaurants, many of which serve Halal food. Make sure you visit one of the many Halal food markets near Tooting Broadway station for some of the best Halal food the city has to offer. Places of worship (Islam)

London has worldwide recognition for being one of the most multicultural cities in the world. In London there are many opportunities for you to practice your faith:

  • The London Mosque, Southfields
  • Parsons Green Mosque
  • Wimbledon Mosque.

You will also find 2 Muslim prayer rooms on the campus as well as a Muslim faith adviser.
